The technician Joey provided excellent service. He diagnosed the issue with my Trane Air conditioner unit in minutes and had it repaired quickly. Outstanding Service & New Trane System
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Frank at Advantage Heating and Sheet Metal in Santa Clara, CA. From start to finish, Frank was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to doing the job right.

My new Trane air conditioning and heat pump system is fantastic! The installation was handled with great attention to detail, and everything was explained clearly along the way. The system is running beautifully, keeping the house comfortable and doing exactly what we hoped it would.

Advantage Heating and Sheet Metal re-installed heating and AC units in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner. All the workers were polite and took great care to keep the house clean. I would also like to thank for Frank and Isacs for working out some of the more complicated aspects of connecting the outside heat pump to the inside control wiring. Advantage Heating and Sheet Metal Inc. did a fantastic job replacing my non-working Trane furnace. Their team clearly knows Trane systems inside and out. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right.

I was especially impressed that they used advanced equipment to fine-tune and optimize the new furnace for maximum efficiency. The installation was clean and seamless, and my home is heating perfectly now.

Isaac and Nick were our technicians. Both of them were excellent! Very respectful of our home and time, and genuinely kind individuals. I truly appreciate that they were the ones assigned to repair our HVAC system. The system has been working well and cools our home quickly. They are a great asset to Advantage HVAC. Do yourself a favor and talk to Frank before you hire anyone for your HVAC needs. Frank was referred by a close friend in the trades and said he’s “The Man”. He was so right!! It is incredibly refreshing to have a professional put the needs of the customer before the dollar.

I was quoted a ridiculous price for replacement of some evaporator coils by Service Champions. Frank reviewed my pictures and said that was unnecessary and not to waste my money.  He could have ridden the “oh you better get it done now” train but chose ethics over profit.

Thank you Frank for being straight and honest and for saving me 9k. Dinner is on me!!!!!

I recently had my HVAC system repaired and had an excellent experience with the team — Issac, Tomas, Joey, and Frank. From the very beginning, communication was clear and professional. Scheduling was smooth, and they were responsive and punctual. (Shoutout to Issac and Emilee, the admins team as well)

Issac and Tomas arrived right on time and quickly got to work repairing the issue. They had been out a few times previously to diagnose the system, and once the warranty parts became available, they jumped on it. They clearly explained the process and wasted no time getting started. Thankfully, the parts were still covered under warranty, which saved me a significant amount. On top of that, they identified and fixed a few additional leaks, demonstrating great attention to detail and thoroughness.

Everyone on the team was courteous and professional. Joey was great support in the past visits.

If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled HVAC team, I highly recommend these guys. They went above and beyond — and it really shows in the quality of their work.

The cost of the repair was very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service and value they delivered.

When it’s time to upgrade my system in 7–10 years, they’ll be the first ones I call. Absolutely 10/10
